Joel Baldini is the Operations Manager at Complete Refrigeration & Air, with 18 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. His career began with an apprenticeship in Far North Queensland, working in a commercially focused organisation that delivered projects for major clients including shopping centres, telecommunications giants and national retailers.
Throughout his career, Joel has worked across Brisbane, Melbourne, Far North Queensland, Perth and multiple mining sites, giving him broad exposure to a wide range of HVAC-R environments. This experience has shaped his practical, hands-on approach and deep understanding of complex systems.
At Complete Refrigeration & Air, Joel has played a key role in the company’s growth, helping to transition the business from a residential to a commercial focus within three years. Since joining in 2023, the company has grown significantly, reflecting a strong focus on performance, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Joel holds a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) and a Diploma of Business management, along with numerous industry licenses. He is driven by a passion for problem solving and continued learning, valuing the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge every day.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, going to the gym, playing golf, reading and fitting in the occasional video game on weekends.
