The Problem

The existing evaporative air-conditioning system was ineffective during peak summer conditions
The school is located within a bushfire-prone area, requiring evaporative units to meet BAC (Bushfire Attack Category) approval standards
Classrooms lacked heating during winter months, creating comfort and compliance concerns
All works had to be completed within a tight Christmas school holiday shutdown period

The Solution

Organised multiple trades to ensure works were completed within the time frame supplied by the builder
Pre-Ordered Materials to ensure constant flow of materials to site. Minimising equipment held onsite but ensuring field staff had equipment on hand
Ensured clear communication with cranage, plumbers and roofers to ensure no damage to new equipment after installation

The Outcome

All works were completed within the allocated holiday timeframe despite multiple trades operating onsite simultaneously. The result was a safe, efficient installation delivered under tight constraints with strong collaboration across trades. Completed with a satisfied customer and safe team.
Project delivered on schedule
No defects recorded by the builder
Zero incidents onsite
Improved comfort and compliance for the school community
